A school sold drama tickets for 100 each for donating to an orphanage. One member sold 75% of his tickets and had 80 tickets left. How much money did the member collect?

Step 1: Jot down information known about the number of tickets with the member
Let the total tickets with the member be x.
The member has sold 75% of the tickets given to him.
