General Knowledge : December 2004
General awareness section is an integral part of the entrance tests to most of the MBA institutes in India other than the IIMs. Current affairs and business affairs tend to dominate this part in exams such as FMS, Symbiosis, IIFT. While the GK section of XLRI's XAT does include current and business affairs, there questions from other areas that include geography, history, medicine, politics etc.
